Description

This trainer is designed to teach students the principles of Automotive Electrical Systems through practical activities. These activities include basic fault finding, battery and fuse, starter and solenoid, relay, horn, turn lights, parking lights, license plate lights, tail lights, headlamps, direction indicators and hazard lights, and brake and reverse lights.

The circuit board module is carefully arranged to represent typical automotive electrical circuits, complete with electrical components, solenoids, relays, DC motors, switches, and lights.

The unit includes a circuit board with electrical components, system diagrams, power supply, electrical test leads, and a student experiment manual available in both hard copy and PDF formats. The PCBs are made from fiberglass and coated with epoxy to prevent corrosion, making them suitable for harsh environments. The components are clearly labeled and mounted on a powder-coated base.

The experiment exercises begin with the relevant theory of Automotive Electrical Systems and proceed to hands-on activities using the circuit board and a multimeter for measurement and troubleshooting. The provided manual ensures that the following educational objectives are achieved.

Accessories
a.) Experiment manual.
b.) Power cord.
c.) RED Jumper wire: 25 cm long (3 pcs), 50 cm long (4 pcs)
d.) GREEN Jumper wire: 20 cm long (3 pcs), 40 cm long (4 pcs)
e.) BLUE Jumper wire: 20 cm long (3 pcs), 40 cm long (4 pcs)
f.) BLACK Jumper wire: 25 cm long (4 pcs), 30 cm long (4 pcs)
